Everything you need to know about why I charge and what I charge. In addition, how the "inquiry to gallery" process will proceed if it's your first time hiring a photographer!

My Step By Step
1.) Research:
Make sure you know what you're looking for before contacting me! Click on my pricing guide to see the different packages you can choose from and pick the one that is best for you! Choose me because you like my style.
2.) The Inquiry:
Contact me through the "contact" page on my website and fill out the questionnaire to the best of your ability. You will receive an email back from me in about 1-5 business days. There we can move forward with a date, time, and place for your shoot! I book out quickly for the summer months so I recommend contacting me at least 2 months in advance.
3.) DEPOSIT:
If you've chosen me as your photographer (yay!) I require a $250 nonrefundable deposit to claim your session with me. This deposit isn't in addition to the total cost of the shoot. It is a "pay now, pay later" only. This deposit makes sure you claim the date for your shoot and that no one else can book it. I receive invoices through venmo, cash, and checks! You will receive an invoice upon your decision of choosing me as your photographer!
4.) THE SESSION:
Come prepared! I normally ask clients to bring a few extra outfits and props to show your personality and individuality. Whether it be engagement, baby, maternity, or senior portraits, I love what clients bring to add flair and fun to the shoot. Remember to drink water, eat before the shoot, and bring comfortable shoes to walk around in. It can be hard to walk around in heels for over an hour (Am I right ladies?) It may not seem like a long time, but especially when it's hot outside it can be tasking. In the same way in the colder months, bring warm clothes and layer up! This is also when I will accept the final payment for your session.
4.) SNEAK PEEKS:
Before I send your professional gallery, you will receive a small 10-20 photo sneak peek of your session! Allow up to one week before receiving this gallery. If you have not yet sent the final payment for your session, you will not receive this gallery or the final gallery until it is paid.
5.) THE FINAL GALLERY:
Your photos are here! You will receive a professional gallery of your own through your email! You will be able to download all the photos through this gallery. If you have any issues doing so, please contact me! The gallery is only available for one year from your delivery date.
FAQ
Do you shoot out of your area?
Yes! The shoot will come with an additional payment for travel. (See Pricing Guide)
Will there be a second shooter?
That is completely up to you! The package will be at a higher price if you prefer two shooters. Please put this in the initial inquiry questionnaire.
What kind of gear do you use?
I use a Sony a7 iii and a Canon R6 Mark ii. 35mm and 24-70mm lens!
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Contact me about an extension. Depending on the seasons, I can only extend sessions from time to time. Also, there is an extra cost for extensions depending on the hour (see pricing guide).
What if I need to reschedule?
Let me know about a week before the shoot if you would like to reschedule.
Do I have to order prints through you?
I unfortunately do not print the photos, I am hoping to in the future! I will send a gallery of your photos that you can download.
Do you send the RAW photos from the session?
I do not send RAW photos from the session. All my work is my own. But, once I send you the edited photos, they are yours to do what you wish. My work is not watermarked!
